• Content you provide:audio recordings, transcripts, director's notes, shot lists, reel ideas, and related project information.
• Usage information: device and app information, log data, and general usage patterns that help us operate and improve the Service.

We use the information above to:

• provide and operate the Service, including transcribing and analyzing your recordings;
• communicate with you about your account;
• process payments, for paid plans; and
• improve and secure the Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Service: a third-party speech-to-text provider (to transcribe audio you record), a third-party AI provider (to analyze transcripts and generate shot lists, reel ideas, and director's notes), our cloud database and hosting provider, and, for paid plans, our payment processor.
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ShootReady, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us; we will delete it except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
